This year we were able to take the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at the Hanover Fair again, in order to meet some of our existing partners and customers, but also new ones and get to know their problems and challenges.
In these conversations in particular, it becomes clear how broad the field of application for solenoid valves is and how many different applications solenoid valves are used in. Of specific interest are always customized solutions, which are tailored to the customer's task. In the discussions at the trade fair the most important reasons for a customized solution were:
- the integration of additional functions (throttles, pressure regulators, ...)
- the integration of a connection so that an additional fitting can be omitted and
- the integration of many valves into one block in order to avoid sealing points.
Together with an extensive range of standard valves from M5 to G2, SVS Automation is a full-range supplier. Among the standard products, Atex valves and type series 12 in brass and type 31 in stainless steel were of particular interest, which are used in niche applications and to which a separate article is devoted.
We also presented our new brochure for customized solutions at the trade fair which, based on many examples and case studies, provides an excerpt of the large variety of customer-specific solutions and, if necessary, also offers food for thought for your task:
